Course summary
The course is designed particularly for those who have a degree in a non IT area, and who wish to develop modern IT skills and knowledge; this training course can be taken either at our Paisley campus, near Glasgow, or off campus, full-time, part-time, and by distance learning, enabling students to study at a time and place to suit work and other commitments.

Entry requirements
Applicants are expected to have an Honours degree from an area other than IT or computing, or a modest academic background in IT and computing, or equivalent professional qualification and experience. Applicants from a business, social sciences, health sciences, engineering, applied sciences, arts, or sports science background are encouraged to apply. Applicants possessing a degree can apply to enrol on the Postgraduate Diploma and, on successful completion, transfer to the MSc programme. Overseas students must meet UWS English language requirements.
