Course summary

The economy has been headline news in recent years, at the forefront of both business and political life with governments and businesses employing economists to help them understand and anticipate trade and volatile market behaviour. It explores contemporary business practices and analyses the links between classical and contemporary economic theory, giving opportunities to apply theory to real-life situations and investigate the impact of global economic perspectives on both the private and public business sectors to provide a platform for a wide range of future careers.
