FINANCE & STATISTICS: - Finance is the study of the theory and practice of financial decision-making. Statistics is a scientific discipline that is concerned with the drawing of objective conclusions from investigations where outcomes are subject to uncertainty or variability. This programme will train you in both mathematics and finance, making you highly desirable to employers, and uses guest lecturers and tutors from the financial sector.

|A level||A*AB - AAA||Must include Mathematics. Must also have GCSE English at Grade B or above. Applicants will receive an offer conditional on attaining A*AB/AAA. Applicants who achieve A*AB/AAA are guaranteed entry. Applicants who achieve grades less than A*AB/AAA but higher than ABB will be considered for entry.|

|Scottish Higher||ABBB - AAAAAB||Must include Mathematics and at least one further Science subject and English OR an Arts/Humanities subject.|
|International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme||38 points||3 HL subjects at 6,6,6 including English and Mathematics. Whilst HL6 is preferred for English and Mathematics, SL6 will be considered for ONE of the subjects. Maths Studies at SL6 acceptable if not taking HL or SL Mathematics.|
SQA applicants entering from S5 are required to achieve AAAAB by the end of S5. Applicants who achieve less than AAAAB by the end of S5 but achieved at least ABBB MAY receive a conditional offer, but a decision will not be made on these applications until March once all applications have been reviewed. Conditional offers to these applicants will require them to achieve AAAAAB cumulatively by the end of S6.
