Human resource management (HRM) plays a vital part at every level of all organisations. People are an organisation’s most important asset, so HRM concerns all people and people-related issues. The University of South Wales's human resources degree will give you an all-round understanding of business and specialist knowledge of HRM. Students have access to a wide range of resources including textbooks, publications, and computers in the University’s library and via online resources. In most cases they are more than sufficient to complete a course of study.
