Course summary
The course is ideal for those wishing to progress within the Building Engineering Services industry as it is designed to help develop a solid understanding of various Building Services subjects within construction. You will gain the underpinning knowledge of the science, design principles and site procedures in the Building Engineering Services Industry. Suitable for experiences trade personnel working in electrical and mechanical instillation, electrical and mechanical design, estimating, supervision or management, building services engineering, contracting heating and ventilation or refrigeration. This course will provide the higher level skills and knowledge required to thrive in an ever changing industry. You may progress onto an HND in Construction and the Built Environment (Building Services Engineering) or use it to support career progression in a wide variety of riles in the construction industry.

Qualification requirements
BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Construction, Civil Engineering or Building Services Equivalent related qualification. We welcome applications from mature students via a successful interview, and a demonstration of vocational experience if they do not meet the criteria stated.
