Course summary
The HNC/HND Electrical and Electronic Engineering will provide you at level 4, knowledge of the basic concepts of electrical and electronic engineering. You will be competent in a range of subject specific skills as well as in general skills and qualities relevant to these key areas of electrical and electronic engineering. The Level 5 units concentrate on specific areas of electrical and electronic engineering and enable you to develop and apply your own ideas to your studies, to deal with uncertainty and complexity, to explore solutions, demonstrate critical evaluation and use both theory and practice in a wide range of engineering situations. You will be taught by expert lecturers in the state-of the-art facilities on offer in our Southwest Skills Campus and will also be able to take advantage of all the other fantastic facilities on offer at UCW.
