Course summary
Taught in English and delivered at the heart of Paris at the University of London Institute in Paris (ULIP), this programme provides a unique learning experience drawing on the University's distinctive academic strengths. The programme is designed to provide students with a strong grounding in International Politics, including international political theory, international security, international development and debates around globalisation. The programme is also designed to provide students with some grounding in the relationship between international and comparative politics, providing students with the opportunity to examine the international politics of specific regions. The programme is designed to help students develop a strong sense of intellectual integrity, acquire substantial knowledge in the broad fields of International Politics and apply these skills to wider and practical situations. The Minor in French Studies, as well as everyday exposure to French life and language, will enable you to acquire a good level of proficiency in the French language, which will stand you in good stead when you apply for a job.
