Organisation development and the psychology of the workplace are areas that are linked together by common belief in the importance of reflective practice at all levels of education and development. Our monthly research seminars draw both external and internal speakers. Research students also benefit from a doctoral colloquium where they present their work and receive feedback from senior researchers in addition to their own supervisory team.
How to apply
Applicants should have a minimum classification of 2.1 in their first degree or equivalent and preferably a master's degree (or masters degree pending). Applicants whose first degree has not been studied in English should have IELTS 6.5 overall and 6.0 in all elements. Applicants need to submit a research proposal of 2,000–3,500 words. It should include a title of proposed research, identify discipline and formulate research questions clearly. It should also include proposed research methodology and plan of work and time schedule. References are normally required and if not provided with your application will be requested at a later date.
