Course description Our four-year BSc Accounting and Finance course, with an integrated placement year, focuses on the crucial role that financial information plays in the direct decisions made by management teams. You’ll explore the process of decision making in accounting, how an organisation’s financial resources are monitored and planned, and learn how an accountant fits into this process; gaining insight into what drives management strategies. You will be taught financial strategies that underpin the running, operation and performance of organisations, which can apply to any business that you work for in your career. Our graduates have a high success rate in securing graduate accounting and financial management roles at well-known organisations such as PwC, RSM, Deliotte and BDO in roles such as Auditor, Corporate Tax, Financial Services Audit Graduate and Tax Trainee.
