PGCE Secondary Languages (11-18 age range) with QTS - R9X1 If you are a graduate with a passion for your specialist subject and a desire to inspire young people, this course is for you! The PGCE Secondary Education programme is a one year course that leads to the award of qualified teacher status. The course aims to prepare student teachers to be highly-skilled, confident, critically reflective and innovative practitioners who are committed to life-long professional learning and the education of young people. Modern Foreign Languages have specialisms in either French, French and Spanish, or French and German. Limited French/Italian placements and also limited Spanish placements are available. Please note, the 31st of January is the early deadline for applications to be completed and sent for the course, to guarantee that your application is considered.
