Course summary

This course builds your understanding and practical skills in general business management subjects such as strategy, policy design, innovation and entrepreneurship while exploring the business practices reshaping current business models. You explore key areas of human resource management (HRM) such as employee relations, leadership and motivation, and recruitment, developing your understanding of how HRM works with other business disciplines. Foundation Year In the Foundation year you will study three days per week. The focus will be on academic writing skills and numeracy, plus subject-specific content to fully prepare you for entry to an Undergraduate degree.
