Our Inclusive Educational Leadership Programme is designed for those looking to develop their leadership skills in inclusion. You’ll tailor your studies to fit with your previous experience, qualifications and future career aspirations. Whether you’d like to gain a PGCert (60 credits), a PGDip (120 credits), or the full MEd in Inclusive Educational Leadership (180 credits), our flexible, practice-led programme offers high-quality content and academic support to help you achieve your goals. Assessment method
You will need to produce: Pre- and post-course self-assessment of skills, knowledge, and confidence. Continuous self-evaluation via questionnaires. Written contributions to collaborative discussion. Activities and submissions which will be evaluated by your tutor. Written case studies, projects, reflections and critiques related to the topic of your chosen module. Where indicated by your tutor, you may submit multimedia resources that you have produced within your applied practice as part of your final portfolio of evidence.
Qualified teacher status (QTS)
To work as a teacher at a state school in England or Wales, you will need to achieve qualified teacher status (QTS). This is offered on this course for the following level:

Entry requirements
You will need to hold an undergraduate degree. You will need to be working in an educational setting for this programme. If you aren’t currently working in an educational setting you will need written permission from a senior member of staff to regularly access a setting. We can show you the best way to do this, enabling you to carry out our learning activities in your chosen setting.

We do not qualify for any sponsorships or funding but we do offer the option to pay for our modules in instalments of either 1, 3 or 10 - please note that 10 instalments require a UK bank account. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss this further.
