Course summary
This one-year programme has been designed to prepare the individual for the fast-paced industry of Interior Design and to understand the relationships between humans and space. The course will provide you with the skills, knowledge and understanding that underpins the study of Interior Design. In partnership with Anglia Ruskin University the course has also been coordinated to top up to level 6 BA Hons (subject to interview) at Anglia Ruskin's Cambridge Campus once the HND in Interior Design is complete. At CRC we call this package of skills the Passport to Success. English, Maths and IT, Employability, Personal Learning, Social and Community skills, together with your Specialist skills and qualification will give you a distinct advantage when it is time for you to progress to employment or further and higher education.
Assessment method
We want you to achieve to the very best of your ability at CRC. To make this happen we offer both learning and personal support by specialist staff tailored to meet your specific needs. Assessment: All units will be internally assessed using predominantly coursework, Portfolios, assignments, etc. Work will be graded according to the following calibration. Pass Merit Distinction
