An exciting two-year journey of growth and transformation, the Modular EMBA is a high touch programme offering an immersive experience focused on experiential learning. The programme will further develop and enhance your strategic leadership skills, accelerate your progress into senior level roles and help you to prepare for c-suite level positions. You will benefit from our tailored careers and professional development offering throughout the programme. Aimed at: You will be at executive level, with previous leadership or management experience and looking to continue your successful career whilst you study part-time. The course begins on 15 March 2024 for 24 months. Format: You’ll study on a part-time basis over two years. In person teaching is delivered on campus in London for one long weekend (Friday to Sunday) every month. This is followed by a short monthly online session. This format is designed to allow you to take your in class learnings and apply them into your workplace, where you will see the immediate benefits to you and your organisation. Delivered through a distinct blend of online preparation, in-person teaching and live synchronous sessions: Online materials are designed to prepare you for your in-class teaching. You can set your own pace and allow you to work flexibly so you are ready for your on-campus sessions On campus teaching focusses on a combination of theory, class-based discussions, case studies and group work. It is also an opportunity to develop your connections and network with your and other cohorts The live online synchronous sessions are designed to give you an additional touchpoint with faculty and your classmates while you work on coursework with your team. The Modular EMBA is ideal if commuting either from London, further afield in the UK or globally. You’ll learn from our first-rate faculty, and study alongside an exceptional cohort from a wide range of, industries, backgrounds, experience and seniority, allowing you to benefit and learn from their unique perspectives.


Entry requirements

At Bayes we look for ambitious executives or entrepreneurs from culturally diverse backgrounds, who are looking to become business leaders of the future. A minimum of five years' full-time work experience, gained after graduation. A good university degree (upper second class honours degree (2:1) or above) or appropriate professional qualification. Alternatively, at least six years' relevant business experience if you do not have a degree. Most applicants will not be required to take GMAT/GRE. If we need further information on your academic capacity for the programme, or your current motivation to study, we may request that you take GMAT/GRE. It is essential that all MBA students have an excellent command of English as we welcome students from around 100 different nations every year to study with us here at Bayes. If English is not your first language, you will need to sit an IELTS, PTE, LanguageCert or TOEFL exam (IELTS preferred). In some cases the English requirement can be waived (eg if you have worked or studied in an English speaking country for over a year). Please contact our Admissions team for more information. IELTS Academic and SELT (UKVI) We require a minimum, well balanced score of 7.0 in IELTS Academic, with no less than 6.5 in each individual section. We also accept the IELTS Indicator test with the same minimum scores. Please note that we accept IELTS Academic tests taken at test centres that are not included on UKVI's SELT list. Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic We require an overall score of 69 with a minimum of 62 in Writing and no less than 60 in any other section in the in-person test. We do not accept PTE Online or PTE General. LanguageCert International ESOL C1 Expert We require a Pass in both the Written (Listening, Reading, Writing) and Spoken (Speaking) exams, in-person or online. TOEFL iBT and TOEFL at home We require a minimum, well-balanced overall score of 100 with a minimum of 25 in Writing and Speaking, 24 in Reading and 22 in Listening in the TOEFL iBT test (in-person or online). Scores must be achieved within a single test, not MyBest scores. We do not accept the TOEFL Essentials or TOEFL ITP Plus for China tests. You will need to make your TOEFL score available to us using code 0870.
