Course summary

This extended degree contains a foundation year offering a great platform to prepare you for degree level learning even if your background is in different subjects. If you don't have the traditional entry requirements or your background isn’t relevant you will be able to consolidate your skills before you embark on the two-year course. It covers a range of subjects including construction management, engineering geology, hydraulics and soil mechanics. You will also be able to specialise in water engineering, bridge design and concrete structures. Preparing you for degree-level learning and a future career in civil engineering, our degree will offer you an opportunity to develop professional work-related skills and excel in your chosen career in engineering. This three year foundation degree is offered by one of the university's partner colleges, London South East Colleges (LSEC), on its Bromley Campus. What you should know about this course

We accept A Levels, T Levels, BTECs, Access to HE and all other qualifications with UCAS Tariff points. Applicants without the required UCAS Tariff points that have relevant experience may be considered. Please note: part-time applicants must be in employment.
