Entry requirements
A 2:1 honours degree, or equivalent, in a relevant subject area, such as: linguistics psychology speech and language pathology This course is usually only available to students with applying for a studentship from the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC). The course forms part of the 1+3 (Master's plus PhD) scheme under the Northern Ireland and North East Doctoral Training Partnership (NINE-DTP). To start the course your application for ESRC funding must be successful. If you are a speech and language therapist applying for a NIHR Integrated Clinical and Practitioner Academic (ICA) Programme Pre-doctoral Clinical and Practitioner Academic Fellowship (PCAF) award, please get in touch to discuss relevant available modules and awards. To start the course your application for NIHR funding must be successful. We will also consider your application on an individual basis if you have other guaranteed funding sources, lower or non-standard qualifications or relevant professional experience in speech and language therapy.
