This programme is designed to deepen your understanding of education so that you can critically analyse education practice, provisions and policy in your own current or future professional context. PROGRAMME STRUCTURE You will take three core and three optional courses. Courses contribute to your development of research understanding and skills that then support you in conducting your own research based dissertation. You can select areas for professional development from optional courses. Entry requirements

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS 2.1 Honours degree or equivalent qualification and professional teacher training in education or a related profession, eg social work, nursery nursing, clinical nursing. (Recognition is also given for professional experience with extra weighting given to experience in a promoted post) International students with academic qualifications below those required should contact our partner institution, Glasgow International College, who offer a range of pre-Masters courses.
