This two-year course will help you develop a range of skills, personal qualities, and attributes that are essential for employment and career progression in a variety of engineering sectors. Our mechanical engineering foundation degree covers a wide range of topics, including the principles of engineering mechanics, thermos-fluid applications, product design and development, and computer-aided design. You will learn practical skills and gain a breadth and depth of knowledge, enabling you to share ideas with engineers from different disciplines. It is the perfect launchpad for a mechanical engineering career in high-value manufacturing, as well as the automotive and aerospace industries.
