If you have already hold a postgraduate diploma in human resource management, this course will allow you to top-up your studies to masters level as you research and write a dissertation on a subject relevant to your organisation. You will gain skills in leadership and problem solving, and you will be able to influence and contribute to the human resource strategies, policies and procedures within any business.

Entry requirements
Applicants should have completed a postgraduate diploma in human resources management. All suitable candidates who meet the entry requirements will be interviewed and required to attend a pre-course induction session. All applications should be supported by a reference, either academic or professional. Applicants whose 1st language is not English require IELTS 6.0 (with a minimum 5.5 in each component) or equivalent.
