Please note for September 2022, entry to this course is only available from year 2, via a relevant HNC such as HNC Fitness, Health and Exercise or HNC Sports Coaching and Development, or equivalent This honours degree is designed to be a diverse sport and fitness qualification with a focus on practical application of skills that enables you to put theory into practice. This course will provide scientific underpinning knowledge and technical skills in this specialist field. It will provide a solid formation for a career in the sport and fitness industry. A number of volunteering opportunities are available to support you in building strong vocational experiences alongside your academic profile.

Advanced entry to year 3 may be possible if you have completed the HND Fitness, Health and Exercise or HND Sports Coaching and Development, or equivalent.

UHI does not use Tariff points, and accepts a range of qualifications. Applicants with other relevant qualifications or experience will be considered on an individual basis.

Successful applicants will be required to complete a PVG Disclosure Check and become PVG Scheme Members in order to undertake this course.
