Course summary

Our Endodontology MClinDent combines academic study, clinical skills training and research. You will study a range of subjects including the pathology of apical periodontitis and strategies to manage it effectively. We will develop your understanding and analysis of the research bases for clinical care and provide you with opportunities to interact with other graduate students specialising in prosthodontics and periodontology. Assessment method

Assessemnt is by written exam; clinical modules, involving supervised clinical practice and examined by case studies on treated and untreated patients, practical or oral exam; a research project.


Entry requirements

All applicants require: a dental qualification plus at least 2 years' post-qualification experience; EU applicants normally need to satisfy any additional specialist training requirements and acquire a NTN before the programme commences; for UK applicants FDS, MFDS or MJDF is desirable.
