Course summary

Esports Events and Production will give you the expertise and experience you need to enter the rapidly growing industry of Esports. Taking these courses will help you to develop your own brand and identity, learn how to broadcast your matches, compete, train and coach esports teams as well as run your own events. You will have the opportunity to explore the culture of esports, its audiences and fan bases as well as a range of the currently most popular competitive games such as Valerant, League of Legends and Rocket League.  As this sector continues to grow, the ethical and legislative regulations are evolving to keep pace. You will learn what is happening in the industry right now, how these issues are affecting the esports environment and how you can be a positive influence on the future of esports. In addition, you will have the opportunity, as part of our Esports Academy, to take part in professional tournaments such as those run by the British Esports Association. If you love playing sport, you could continue to play at an elite level whilst studying. Our well-structured Sports Academy programmes delivered by professional coaches providing training, strength and conditioning, sports therapy and some of the best sporting facilities in the South West of England, at our WISE campus in Bristol.
