Course summary

The Cambridge Executive Masters of Business Administration (EMBA) is a 20 month programme delivered over 16 weekends and four week-long blocks, most of which are at Cambridge Judge Business School. It is designed specifically for executives who have already reached a senior level and are now looking at leading roles within their organisations. The programme develops both hard and soft skills and provides practical, relevant knowledge to enable participants to play a leading role in their organisation. Assessment method

Assessment shall consist of a number of written papers, essays, coursework, presentations, group projects, individual projects or another mode of assessment agreed by the Faculty Board.

Entry requirements

1st or a good 2.1 Honours degree, or GPA of at least 3.3 or top 25 per cent of class. Professional experience: Successful applicants to our EMBA programmes are typically established senior executives within their organisation and have management responsibilities (teams, resources, budgets, and/or projects). They have strong leadership potential and clear motivations for applying to an executive programme. Academic achievement: First or good 2:1 Bachelor’s degree, or international equivalent. If you meet our academic requirement and feel the skills covered by the GMAT/Executive Assessment (EA) can be demonstrated by your work experience, you may complete the GMAT/EA waiver on the application. GMAT/EA waivers can only be granted by the relevant admissions authority after interview.
