Course overview: This one year full-time top-up legal studies qualification is ideal if you have a level 5 (or equivalent) qualification or are a graduate in a non-UK law or law-related discipline looking to obtain a grounding in areas of UK law and policy relevant to your career aspirations. You develop as a confident and independent learner, able to evidence knowledge and skills in areas relating to international trade, corporate and employment law as well as transferable skills relating to presentation, research and reflection. You gain an understanding of the principles and policies underpinning key areas of law and policy, and wider skills which can be used in the workplace. Please note that you will not obtain a qualifying law degree on completion of this course.
