This course has been designed to meet the needs of the food and drink industry by providing high-level training. Accredited by the Institute of Food Science and Technology and endorsed by the National Skills Academy for Food and Drink, this course covers a wide range of disciplines. You’ll look at the chemistry, biochemistry and physics that underpin food manufacturing, as well as studying nutrition and the physiology of the human diet.
