Course summary

The new Technical Theatre HND programme is an exciting course aimed at individuals seeking a practical qualification with training in lighting and sound systems, stage management and set construction. The HND builds on the HNC Technical Theatre in the first year which provides a skills base which is very vocational. You will have the opportunity to work with local theatre companies and on in-house performances and conferences. The HND year also has work placement opportunities with local venues and both years of students benefit from site visits in a variety of venues.
