Course summary
Develop your spatial planning competencies and commercial awareness on a programme that appeals to the private and public sectors. Study topics such as development planning, strategic governance, urban design and sustainability, planning theory, politics and practice, and development and planning law. Past students have also taken the opportunity to participate in an international field study visit. This programme is fully accredited by the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). * Minimum 2:1 degree (or the equivalent from an internationally recognised university) in any discipline. * IELTS: 6.5 with no component below 6.0 in any sub-skills * IELTS with pre-sessional English: 6.5 with no component below 5.5 in each of the four sub-skills
