The MBA Business Analytics is designed for working professionals who are looking to apply analytics and data-driven decision-making to optimize their business performance. The programme equips you with technical skills and business acumens to understand modern issues and practices in digital and analytics-driven economies. This additionally provides an opportunity to explore and learn modern management tools, big data, databases, digitisation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, key software (e.g., R, Python, SQL) and analytics in the context of business operations and build expertise and capabilities required to be an effective leader. Entry requirements

Open to graduates from any discipline, this programme does not require business or management study to be completed at undergraduate level. This programme is for you if you have a minimum of TWO years post-degree work experience; a track record of professional achievement and a good first degree (equivalent to a UK second-class Honours degree) or above in any discipline. The Programme Director may consider applicants with non-standard qualifications. If you have non-standard qualifications and extensive work experience, please ensure to enclose a complete CV and detailed work references.

We can assess your English language proficiency through a variety of means: through your nationality, through the qualifications you gained in high school, through the degree you undertook or are undertaking at university, or through a recognised English language test. Postgraduate Higher requirements are used by the Schools of Business; Divinity, History and Philosophy; Education; Language, Literature, Music and Visual Culture; Law; and Social Sciences. The MSc in Oil and Gas Enterprise Management and the MSc in Integrated Petroleum Geoscience also make use of the Postgraduate Higher requirements. Please note certification must be within the two years prior to commencement of your degree programme, unless otherwise stated.

Additional fee information

Tuition fees given are at the full-time rate. The part-time fee rate for taught postgraduate programmes is 50% of the relevant full-time fee rate.
