As this course is delivered fully online (part-time), you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in your career with minimum disruption to your work and personal life.

Qualification requirements

Minimum entry requirements All entrants to the BSc Nursing Studies [Global Online] programme must be registered as a nurse with a recognised nursing regulatory body. To enter this programme you require a nursing qualification and professional registration Your application to commence the BSc Nursing Studies [Global Online] programme will be considered and depending on your previous study you will be advised how many modules you will require to study to ‘top up’ to degree. Entry with a Certificate in Nursing - (240 Credits) If you have successfully completed a registered nurse programme to certificate level you may be able to enter this programme. You will be able to complete the programme by successfully achieving 120 credits at SCQF level 9. Entry with a Diploma in Nursing - (300 Credits) If you have successfully completed a registered nurse programme to diploma level with up to 120 credits at SCQF level 8 you may be able to enter this programme. This will enable you to complete the programme by successfully achieving 120 credits at SCQF level 9. Our entry requirements indicate the minimum qualifications with which we normally accept students. Competition for places varies from year to year and you aren't guaranteed a place if you meet the minimum qualifications.
