Our Operations, Logistics and Supply Chain Management MSc provides in-depth knowledge of the major areas that underpin operations and supply chain and helps to improve business performance with an integrated approach to operations, logistics and supply chain management. What you'll learn The course will shape your understanding of: quantitative analysis approaches in logistics, operations, quality and supply chain management how the mainstream supply chain information systems work how information technology can improve the efficiency of supply chain management Choose the Supply Chain and Logistics Modelling and Control module if you would like to apply for MCIPS upon successful completion of studies. This meets the required CIPS specialised content. Build your knowledge of Kaizen group work and the use of professional collaborative digital platforms. This will be through our E-Logistics Management for Supply Chain Competitive Advantage module. Your development This course will provide the opportunity to: apply and relate theoretical content as you take part in visits to industry to gain insight into this sector attend guest lectures by researchers and industry professionals to learn from their experiences critically apply relevant theory and concepts to a range to complex, open-ended problems Delivery The course is modular in structure, comprising 180 credits. A 2:1 honours degree in any subject, or international equivalent. International Students To study this course you need to meet our Band 6 English Language requirements: Direct Entry: IELTS 6.5 overall (with a minimum of 6.0 in all sub-skills) If you have lower English Language scores, you may be accepted onto a pre-sessional English course.
