Classical Studies allows you to study the society and culture of antiquity, including its art, religion, history, and archaeology, studying their literary and visual cultures against the backdrop of the history of the period. You can also study Greek and/or Latin from beginners to advanced levels. This programme is available with a Year in China. The Year in China allows undergraduate students the opportunity to spend one year at our joint venture, Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU), following XJTLU's BA China Studies degree classes. XJTLU is a fully English-speaking university, located in Suzhou. If you wish to study this programme with a Year in China please put the option code YC in the Further Choices section of your UCAS application form.

Instead, you can take out a tuition fee loan which is paid straight to the University. This is available to most students, no matter what their household income.
