Course summary

This innovative, four-year (minimum) part-time structured Doctoral Programme combines online learning and residential teaching. It is for motivated, self-managing individuals who work in positions of influence in any sector of education wishing to develop their e-learning research and technology enhanced learning (TEL) practice. Participants receive structured support in research methodologies and research practice and undertake small-scale studies related to their professional environments. This is followed by a period of intensive individual research supervised by an expert in the field. Participants benefit from a structured set of modules (over two years), residential events, and an online learning community through which they receive support from other participants and tutors. Please note that each cohort starts in January.
