Course summary

People are critical to organisational success and, as a HR professional, you play a vital role in your approach to managing people. This course will provide you with the knowledge and expertise to add value to organisations. Open to students from all academic backgrounds, this CIPD accredited course is designed to give you a thorough grounding in the world of HR. It will help you to develop the specialist skills you’ll need to progress to HR management (HRM) roles, or to take the next step in your current HR career. Whether you already work in HR and want to become professionally qualified, or you're looking to move into the field, we’ll help you to achieve your ambition. You can choose to study a PgDip or the full MSc, whichever suits your commitments and motivations. On this course you’ll cover the essentials of HR, including employment law, diversity and inclusion and contemporary areas such as HR analytics.
