This course has been specifically designed to enable students to enter the industry with the best possible qualifications and experience. You will develop the knowledge and skills you need for a successful career in agriculture through a combination of academic study, practical classes on the College farm, work experience and study tours. This programme provides an in-depth understanding, not only of agricultural production, but of the essential economic, political and environmental issues which are shaping the future of the farming industry. What You Study: Crop and livestock production; impacts of agriculture on the environment; machinery; business principles; agronomy; livestock science; advanced land-based business.
