Course summary

For students wishing to continue studying after completing the HNC Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) this course has been designed to offer you a level of academic study with a range of units that will stretch your skills and knowledge in preparation for a career as an Engineer. On completion of the programme students will be well placed in making links to their Mechanical, Manufacturing, Thermodynamics and Fluid Mechanics knowledge and skills

Modules

Research Project (30 credits); Advanced Mechanical Principles (15 credits); Further Mathematics (15 credits); Virtual Engineering (15 credits); Professional Engineering Management (Pearson-set) (15 credits); Lean Manufacturing (15 credits); Further Thermodynamics (15 credits): Occasional changes to modules and course content may take place. Students will be notified when applicable.
