Course summary
The BSc (Hons) Sports Science (Strength and Conditioning) (Top-up) is for those students who have completed a HND or Foundation Degree in a relevant subject. This course provides a specialist programme that will allow students to develop a higher level of understanding in strength and conditioning, sports performance and injury rehabilitation. A research project, as well as an applied experience module, will allow students to tailor their learning to determine their subject specialism in sports and equip them with skills and experience for their desired career. Alongside their study, students will have the opportunity to gain additional vocational professional qualifications at an additional cost to enhance their future employability. Expected areas of progression include sports coaching, personal training, strength and conditioning, performance analysis.
