Arden University’s MSc International Business Management is tailor-made for future global leaders and managers. Managing Digital Transformation & Innovation (20 credits) Explore the latest digital business models and innovation strategies to drive change in organisations. Leading Global Teams & Organisations (20 credits) Develop strategies for managing culturally diverse teams across global contexts. Financial Management (20 credits) Explore investment and financial decision-making within global and domestic markets. Managing the Global Market (20 credits) Gain insights into international trade, cross-cultural marketing, and global supply chains. Developing Globally Sustainable Strategy (20 credits) Formulate strategies for long-term success and sustainability in global markets. Competing in the Digital Economy (20 credits) Analyse the impact of digital advancements on competition, consumer behavior, and marketing strategies. Transformation Capstone Project (60 credits) Conduct an independent study on a real-world business challenge, applying research to develop actionable recommendations.

Assessment method

Unlike many traditional master’s programmes, the MSc International Business Management at Arden University does not require you to sit for exams. Instead, this course emphasises practical application, ensuring you can align your studies with real-world operations after graduation. Practice-driven​ All assessments are practice-driven, focusing on your experiences as an industry practitioner while fostering peer-to-peer collaboration and knowledge exchange. This approach encourages you to systematically apply your knowledge to organisations or data sets, whether through examining industry case studies or relating concepts to your own organisation. Industry-led research project​ The course with an independent study assessment known as the Transformation Capstone Project. In this module, you’ll choose a management topic that interests you and conduct your own research. You will build on the knowledge gained from your course modules and present recommendations that offer real-world, practical benefits to the organisation involved. Entry requirements

To be eligible for our MSc International Business Management, you need to meet the following criteria: Standard Entry A UK Honours degree at 2:2 or above (or an equivalent qualification A degree in a business-related subject is preferred, but we’ll also consider other subject areas. Non-Standard Entry Don’t have a degree? We still welcome your application if you can show at least 5 years of relevant work experience. Experience in a business-related area is ideal, but we’ll also look at other professional backgrounds. Professional Qualifications You’re also encouraged to apply if you hold a qualification with one of the following: Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) We’ll also consider other relevant professional memberships. English proficiency Online Learning: IELTS 6.5 (no less than 6.0 in any element); or TOEFL iBT 90; or equivalent Blended Learning in the UK or Berlin: IELTS 6.0 (no less than 5.5 in any element); or TOEFL iBT 60-78; or equivalent. Free English language support is also available at the Arden Berlin campus. Alternatively, evidence you have previously studied in English; a letter to show that the Medium of Instruction was in English can be accepted If you require a visa to study in the UK You must meet the academic entry requirements for this course. You’ll need an IELTS score of 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 in any element) or an equivalent Secure English Language Test (SELT) result.
