This course gives you the opportunity to become a leader in the emerging immersive arts discipline. You’ll build a professional portfolio and gain industry experience through live projects, exhibitions and networking events. How you learn All our courses are designed around a set of key principles based on engaging you with the world, collaborating with others, challenging you to think in new ways, and providing you with a supportive environment in which you can thrive. This course is taught in a professional studio setting, helping you gain industry standard skills. You learn through a combination of self-directed study, group work and set project briefs. **Applied learning Live Projects** Live projects are a key part of the course, giving you the chance to network with industry and produce distinctive immersive arts products to a professional standard. There is often the opportunity for this work to be published and exhibited, helping to strengthen your portfolio. Networking Opportunities You benefit from a programme of guest speakers and networking events throughout the year. The Media Arts and Communications Pathways event brings together industry professionals from a wide range of areas in the creative sector. This means you can gain insight into current industry practice and make connections with industry and arts organisations. You’ll also have the opportunity to engage with established digital arts festivals and events, arts venues and galleries.
