Course summary

This course will provide you with the opportunity to develop your academic knowledge and understanding of the strategical decisions management of Hospitality and Culinary operations. Drawing upon a range of practical operational activity, you will consider the influence of the wider economic, political, legal, social, ethical and international contexts that shape and change the sector.
