This course is designed for practising or aspiring managers and technical specialists with managerial responsibility. The course develops the skills needed to enable individuals to manage effectively within the workplace and thus further develop their managerial and leadership skills. Assessment method
A variety of assessment methods are used including the production of business reports, individual and group presentations, essays, reflective commentaries, time constrained assessments and assignments based on simulated or case study work
