The Foundation Science Degree in Sport, Coaching and Exercise Science will help you develop the knowledge, practical skills and experience needed for a professional career in coaching, fitness and exercise science. You will investigate the science behind performance for athletes and coaches, while developing a range of vital skills. This course is ideal for anyone wishing to pursue or develop their knowledge and understanding across a range of sporting topics. Combining a range of vocational and employability-based skills, you will study key topic areas including Nutrition, Sport Psychology, Coaching and Biomechanics. This course aims to develop your knowledge of the science underpinning performance for athletes and coaches. Whilst developing the practical skills and experience needed for a professional career in coaching, fitness and exercise science.
