Course summary

A full-time Master's degree designed to produce fully rounded managers with an emphasis on finance. You’ll focus on how a business creates and measures value, and how to approach accounting and finance from a strategic perspective. The programme combines finance and accounting with a detailed examination of other disciplines required for the management of organisations. This also allows you to consider financial decision-making from multiple perspectives. You will be able to apply your knowledge and skills gained from these disciplines in your final dissertation. Entry requirements

A degree, not necessarily in business and management, from an approved university. Exceptional candidates without the usual academic qualifications but with appropriate professional qualifications may be admitted on their merit. There is no requirement for previous work experience. Minimum IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.

World Bank low-income or low to middle income economy countries: £2,000 scholarship Academic Excellence scholarships: 15 scholarships of £1,000 available as a fee reduction to the highest achieving students with at least a first-class Honours in their undergraduate studies, or the European equivalent. Awards for company-sponsored study: a business relationship bursary of up to 35% on any company-sponsored or part-sponsored Master’s course is available for companies with whom the School has a relationship or demonstrated business engagement. The amount would depend on the strength of the relationship, which might include companies who have previously funded a student on a Bradford programme, employed an undergraduate placement, MSc or MBA student to undertake a project, employed a member of faculty to produce a KTP or research project, commissioned a customised Executive Education programme, or supported the School in other ways, but this list is not exhaustive and other business engagement activities could be considered eligible.
