Explore different aspects of contemporary events management from a global perspective, and develop your knowledge, understanding and skill set. This course aims to build a solid foundation for a career in the events management sector if you are unable to follow the more traditional route onto a degree course. The foundation year of the course provides you with opportunities to build a career in management. You’ll get to learn all the key components of successful leadership and gain essential knowledge of general business operations domestically and globally. The Global Events Management BA (Hons) degree will enhance your career readiness and employability, and foster your forward thinking, creativity and innovation abilities. This course aims to develop your knowledge, understanding and skills to prepare you for a career in all types of events functions, with a particular focus on those associated with businesses operating in the hospitality, tourism and fashion industries.
