Computers, mobiles, games consoles and even home appliances are connected to the web. Our web design, development and analytics degree is the perfect opportunity to develop skills in demand from employers and learn how to make the web a better experience for users. We’ve designed the course to give you experience and knowledge across the web industry as well as the wider computer science industry – so that whatever career you choose, you’ve got the know-how to get started. The course is informed by industry from start to finish, and employers are brought in throughout the course to provide you with the challenge of live briefs to put your skills into practice. There’ll also be opportunities to undertake employer-led workshops, as well as attend talks by guest speakers from the industry. Outside the classroom you’ll be able to learn on the job with a 15-day placement and build on your technical skills in the industry. And if you’re looking to build that experience even further and stand out from the crowd, you can undertake a year-long industry placement at the end of your second year.
