Course overview: Immerse yourself in the production of compelling digital content, developing skills to meet the demands of the fast-changing media environment that can be applied across a wide range of industry sectors. Hone your creative, artistic and digital skills, working to a range of briefs and real-life scenarios, which will prepare you to launch your career in the digital media and communications industries. You focus on production of content in its many forms and explore digital cultures and the impact of digital media on communications across diverse global sectors. You learn from academics with research specialisms in digital media and communications, alongside practitioners who are in touch with the latest trends in new media and specialist areas such as video and audio production, social media platforms, AI and more After the course: You may progress on to a range of careers across industries including motion picture and video, advertising, web design, gaming, publishing and communications, in roles such as multimedia programmer, multimedia specialist, digital copywriter, editorial assistant, games developer and social media manager.
