This Warwickshire College Group Business Foundation Degree is unique; at the centre of our programme of learning is the student's employability and the understanding of how businesses function and thrive. Students will be introduced to the professional standards of corporate business and be exposed to entrepreneurial concepts that will enable them to see opportunities for creating businesses or engage in a rewarding career. Modules may include: Year 1 – Level 4 • Principles of Marketing • Project Management • Introduction to Economics • The Financial Manager • Organisational Behaviour • Academic Study Skills, Employability and T-Shaped (ASSET) Year 2 – Level 5 • Globalisation of Business • Human Resource Management • Trading Safely and Legally • Consumer Behaviour • Work-Based Project All students must complete 400 hours of WBPL across the duration of the course. Assessment method

The degree programme is entirely assessed using a series of assignments throughout the two year programme. There are no formal examinations for successful completion of the course. Students will also be required to undertake 400 hours of work placement during the two year course.
