Designed to meet the needs of those working in learning support in pre-school, primary, secondary and post-16 education, this course focuses on work-related skills to improve employability and effectiveness at work. The course aims to raise the status of learning support work, as well as to strengthen individual claims for promotion.

Assessment method

Assessment is based on assignments submitted at the end of each module. Some assignments may be in the form of presentations. There are no examinations on the programme.
