This course provides an opportunity to study the subject of electronic engineering at an advanced level. It is designed to introduce you to the fundamental principles that underpin the subject (e.g. digital signal processing, digital communications, etc.) as well as providing an insight into the fast changing nature of the subject. During the course you will get to study topics with the area of embedded systems, wireless sensor networks, optical communications and other exciting emerging technologies within the field of electronics, and Project management. The course itself is designed for those who have a previous background in electronics (e.g. those who may have previously studied electrical engineering or computer science and electrical engineering).
