Course summary
This course has been designed in response to the growing number of career opportunities within the International Tourism Sector from increases in inbound tourism to the development of overseas partnerships with a range of countries. Furthermore, the vocational orientation of the programme is integral to the promotion of Plymouth as an internationally competitive destination and provides numerous opportunities for students from the growing cruise industry to the developing visitor attraction sector.

The course may include the following subjects: Business Performance & Enterprise, Customer Relationship Marketing, International Tourism & Sustainability, Leadership and Personal Development Skills, Destination Management (Optional), Alternative Tourism (O), Spa Management (O), Research Skills, Staging Events, The Hospitality & Tourism Customer Experience, Managing people, Visitor Attraction Management (O), Tour Operations Management (O), Cruise Operations (O), Managing Aviation Services (O). * The availability of optional modules will be subject to numbers.
