Assessment method

Assessments vary from module to module and will include essays, online activities, portfolios of evidence of work-based learning, OSCEs, competency frameworks for practice learning, viva voce, unseen examinations and posters. We’ve designed our assessments to give you the freedom to explore your areas of interest and develop specialist knowledge and skills in your practice. The appointment of a mentor in practice ensures that you are assessed suitably throughout the course.


Entry requirements

A first degree, with honours, at a minimum final classification of Lower Second (2:2) or equivalent. A minimum period of one year working as a nurse with relevant registration, and a reference from your employer.
